Quenepas, Spanish limes, Genips
We finally harvested first batch of quenepas; they were soooo sweet and pulpy! What else can I say? I just love this time of the year…if it wasn’t because we are in hurricane season, I could almost guarantee weekly harvest. But, what if it is raining? nothing… nothing we can do. In order to take these tropical fruits off from the tree, someone will need to climb it. No can’t do. Too slippery and dangerous.
